Will we be able to explore the planets themselves, similar to games like Mass Effect or the recently announced No Man's Sky, maybe with vehicles to make the process a lot faster?asked by Zig

Not at first. It's certainly something we're looking at down the road, but we're not going to have that Mass Effect style procedural terrain for the whole planet at first.

And we have a lot of planets and landing zones and everything to develop, and asteroid bases and lots of stuff. There's going to be plenty of stuff to explore in space also, which is kind of the focus of the game.

We know you guys want this.

It's definitely clear. It's one of those things, as we do the game, this could be a super stretch goal.
