Do you have anything to do with matchmaking or our lobby system? Where's matchmaking, and what will the future of matchmaking be?
TL;DRSean Tracy isn't much involved in matchmaking; he expects an Elo rating to come online as Arena Commander progresses, though the current focus is the mini PU.
Not really. Well, little bits and pieces. I work with Jason Ely on some of the game-side stuff. But there hasn't been too much going on. And that's actually not a bad question. Really what we've... and I'm not even sure if it's in yet, is the Elo rating. And it's funny, because a lot of people think... just a little bit of trivia for you, the Elo rating is actually a guy's last name. It's not an acronym. It's not E-L-O. It's a guy's last name, the guy that came up with it. So just so you guys know. But Elo rating is pretty important so that we can actually matchmake between similarly skilled players, because that's kind of the biggest concern, so that you don't end up with a bunch of beginners in with the super expert guys. So I expect that to come online, but you'll likely see that come online as Arena Commander makes further progress. But again, the real focus is the mini PU, really, right now. And once we've got simpods within the mini PU, then I think you'll see a lot more work and a lot more game types in Arena Commander.
