What are your thoughts on the Issue Council? Are you satisfied with it? Is it useful? Does the community use it enough, and do they use it well?
TL;DRRoberts calls the Issue Council super useful, since player feedback is analysed each PTU release and converted into internal tickets, and outside testers catch issues the developers don't see internally.
Yeah, no, it's super useful. So in all our PTU releases, Michael Smith, who heads up that aspect, does a whole player feedback analysis every release internally, and we're listing the top issues and features, and there's linking to discussions of it and the Issue Council reports of it, and we can look at the bugs, and they get passed on to our developers to fix, and they get converted into our internal Jiras. So it's super useful. I mean, it's great. With the PTU, we have this huge group of completely enthusiastic and committed game players that are helping. You can get super insular when you're developing something, and all the testers are used to stuff. They've seen it from all the internal testing they've done. And so it's really nice to get feedback from outside people. And there's plenty of issues that come up that we don't see internally, that we only see in the PTU environment or even the public environment.
