Will ground refuel vehicles be a thing?

Yes. These are all the people that want that one fuel tanker that was in the background of the Vulcan concept. I know Paul Jones really wants to make it happen. Because after spaceships run out of fuel, you can get a Starfarer to come refuel you. Ground vehicles currently don't use fuel, but we want them to use fuel in the future. So then, naturally, that would need to be a thing. Because I can only dread people trying to refuel a little ground vehicle with a Starfarer planetside. It's not the best application of tools to fix the job.
