Richard Tyrer · Senior Game Director, Star Citizen and Squadron 42I don't go home very often. So that's one. Ultimately, I've set up hierarchies on both of those teams to be able to work independently of me when I'm not there. But I spend a lot of time reviewing both sides, from Squadron and Star Citizen. And if they were very different games, it would be a very different beast, but obviously they share the same features, they share the same aspects that we want to get from the games. They're obviously different content, but I have to work with Rick and JJ. All three of us were on the core gameplay pillar and then we did Squadron and then we've done SC, so we've kind of all been all together. You have to build up the teams to understand that they can... give them the authority to be able to deliver on decisions and make those decisions, and you trust those people to do that. And then ultimately I'll be reviewing the game and give my feedback. But yeah, it's a lot of meetings and a lot of discussions, but it's very enjoyable.
