Do you guys ever get to do art anymore? When you become an art director, do you never get to pick up a pen?

Yeah, I do. There's one thing that I'm adamant about that I will not let go. I always try and lead by example, right? So if I'm asking anybody to do anything, it's generally something that I will happily do myself, if that makes sense. So I'm developing, I can't go into details, but I'm developing certain visuals now. I already know what's on the next thing, and I like to own that. I certainly see Squadron as sort of my baby. It's Chris's baby, but on the visual side of it, it's very much an extension of me, if that makes sense. So yeah, it really helps the team when I give them something to work from, rather than delegating absolutely everything. I still delegate, but I like to get my fix.
