Above [the artist level] is a senior. So what's a senior? Do you just kick back and let the artists do all the work?

Nah. Seniors, generally, they've been in the industry for longer, they have more experience, they've kind of gone through the wringer a couple of times, let's say. That's a good way to put it. At other companies, or whatever, it could be that they've worked on released titles, so they've experienced the whole pipeline from start to finish, and the problems that go with that, whether you're releasing on PC, whether you're releasing on console. Generally their time management skills are a lot more honed. Pretty much how long something will take, and they will stick to that. They're also there to help mentor the more junior artists as well. Again, they've got more experience, they've got a better understanding of the tools, and then it's just about helping others out where we can. Yeah, I think it's experience really for them. It comes down to, which is great.
