As Star Citizen aspires to be as realistic as possible while still focusing on good gameplay, why is every alien race humanoid in form?asked by Lagerhaus Johnny

Well, if we just made them all untextured cubes, it would save us a lot of work.

The truth is, the aliens they've seen have been very human in form, and a lot of that has to do with piloting the ships. You want to be able to get in the ships and fly all these things. You need to be able to reach the controls, unless you look like Short Round from Indiana Jones trying to reach the pedals or something. And we know you guys want to fly the alien ships, based on a number of Vanduul and Xi'an and Banu questions.
