David Colson · Gameplay ProgrammerStraight away you'll notice that it doesn't bump itself up every time it comes into an obstacle like it used to. So the hovering tends to be a lot lower than it used to be, and you get this feeling of being a little bit more attached to the ground. We also have variable grip, effectively. Obviously, it's not tire grip, but you can change the hover height with Control and Space. If you lower the bike, you actually get more lateral turning grip, so you can do tighter turns if you're lower. And then you press Space and you'll hover a bit higher, which is safer, and you can travel without bumping into things, but you also can't turn as tightly when you're hovering a bit higher.
