There are some changes to hover as well. How are things like the Dragonfly or the Nox going to change with 3.5?

This is true. There are changes to hover. We have completely redesigned the actual hover system, and so it feels really, really different now. We did do an ATV a month or two ago about this, and I think it probably didn't show it off as well as I would hope. But hopefully we can give you an idea of what it's like to play here. And then shortly in Evocati you'll actually be able to try it for yourself, and you'll understand how different it really does feel.
