Can the Dragonfly and other hover bikes use decoupled flight?

No. With Gravlev, it doesn't really make that much sense. In terms of flying on Gravlev, it doesn't make that much sense, because you've got all sorts of other aerodynamic effects and stuff like that. In space, yes. In space, they function just like a spaceship, and so they have decoupled flight in space. It's just on Gravlev it would make them almost impossible to use, because there's so much going on to try and keep you hovering and keep you stable that you would just crash immediately if you had decoupled.
