Are the Banu Defenders made for humans by the Banu, or are they made for humans by a [human] company?

No, the Banu were like, hey, humans seem to like these ships, there you go.

So we've talked a little bit about how they have these Souli, these guilds, and so they have manufacturing guilds that specialize in making products. So there's a couple different guilds that specialize in making Banu Defenders for humans, and that's their whole shebang.

Yeah, so as opposed to what we describe as a human approach to corporations and stuff like that, the designs for the Defender are just available in Banu space, basically. So if there's a Souli that wants to manufacture ships, they can get a hold of the designs fairly easily, and then it just becomes that Souli's Banu Defender. With this, we're basically saying that, yeah, these Souli are making specifically human-modified Defenders for human operation.
