Is there going to be a method to knock ships out of quantum travel? Can we interdict people out of quantum, or out of jump points?

Well, jump points not so much, but quantum basically, yeah. If you are in the way of someone traveling on a straight line, quantum will pull that person out. So that's just generally the way it works. So if there's a trading lane or something, that you know that this is the route that people take from this planet to that planet, and you go and park your ship close to it, or some kind of beacon or whatever, then that would likely bring the people in quantum out into that area, and then you can try and take them out, whether it's AI or other players. They can try to defeat you. Once they get past you, then they can go back into quantum.
