Going back to the quantum drive a little bit, you said it's harder to maneuver in cruise mode. Can you maneuver at all in quantum drive?

No, you can't. Quantum drive's purely straight ahead. So essentially you pick a point that you're going to. There can be nothing between you and that point. If there's anything between you, like a ship within a certain range or a celestial object, an asteroid or whatever, your quantum flight computer will pull you right out, because you're going so fast you can't actually do a course correction. So it needs to pull you out actually quite a bit before, otherwise you'll end up being smushed.
