For the new CCU system, is flyable or hangar-ready still an eligibility requirement?

No, I think it's any ship that is available for sale at the time. So during a sale like the concept sale, you'll have all those options. It should help everybody all around.

So if you can buy the ship at that time, you can CCU to it.

Now we may have a thing where you can't prevent yourself from having a valid package. So if you only have an Aurora, you can't upgrade it to an Idris.

And that's part of the continuing work on the CCU system. We have to make sure that you can't accidentally destroy your packages through it.
