Why aren't there any backpack blueprints?

Just didn't have time in 4.7. They'll be there in 4.8.

So what are the stats of backpacks?

Well, to be fair, they won't have stats. Eventually they would — stuff like weight. But it's just nice to craft your own backpack. So we're adding that blueprint in.
