[If my ship blows up and insurance gives it back in, say, five minutes,] and I crash it again, is it still five minutes?

TL;DRYes, a repeat claim still means waiting, but players can pay an expedite fee, which varies per ship, to shorten the wait; the numbers given are test values that will change.

Yes. So currently the design for this is, oh, you crash your ship, you go make a claim on it, you have to wait, we'll say, five minutes. But maybe some players are like, well, no, I need to go get in this space battle, I'm not waiting five minutes. So there's an expedite button. So you could pay, we'll say, a reasonable fee. As Will said, this is going to change. I think it's like 100 UEC or something like that. It varies per ship, so your Idris is going to be way more than your Hornet. But you could pay a fee, we'll say it's 100 right now, or 200, and then they'll say, okay, you were going to wait five minutes, but now you only have to wait one. Again, test numbers here. So it'll shorten it to some amount. You could just wait it out and not pay. You've already got the insurance on it. But if you do want to pay to make it quicker, you can do that.
