How much art do you still get to do versus administration and growing your team?

So in the last couple of weeks, I've probably been doing more admin and planning stuff, and that's what you saw in the ISC. But I'll be going back into doing art, so I'll be making my switch. I've been kind of 80% planning, 20% art, and I'm switching back to 80% art, 20% planning, because the plan is now done. So that's kind of where I'm at, but that will fluctuate over time. Sometimes it'll be 50-50, sometimes it'll split the other way as well.
