Will we see the return of boost in wheeled ground vehicles?

See, we were discussing this yesterday, and I think it's still there on some vehicles. So I don't think it went away intentionally; it just may have broken on some vehicles. Certainly the Cyclone RC still has flames that come out of its exhausts. Don't ask how that works with the nuclear power plant, but they do. And it does go faster when you boost. It wasn't an intentional thing. And when I saw that question in the thread, I went and checked. I was like, it's still here. So if it's broken in 3.8, then it's probably going to be fixed in 3.9.

There's definitely still a key binding for it.
