Can dedicated racks be placed in cargo ships for a Maxlift tractor tool, so one is handy in the cargo bay?

I don't see why not. It's a pretty valid use case. Some of the ships we have later in the year do have weapon racks near their cargo bays. I don't know off the top of my head whether the Maxlift shares... The way you decide what goes in each rack is a combination of size and tags. I don't know whether the Maxlift is classified as a weapon or a utility item.

We probably just need to re-tag the weapon racks to support both, assuming that they share the same metrics, which Ben is weapon art director...
