All delivery missions involve dropping things off in a cargo locker. When can we give things directly to a player?

Well, directly to an NPC. It's something we really, really want to focus on now, doing the shady drug drop-offs or even just being passed things. You've probably noticed that the admin guys aren't accepting boxes anymore. They haven't been for a while. They did for a small window of time. It's one of the hardest things to do, strangely. You'll see it in other games. Whenever anything's passed over, that moment it goes from your hand to their hand, you see it jump. It's strangely very difficult to do, but it's something we do want to focus on.
