The aggressive ship despawning mechanic: sometimes ships are despawned while people are still inside them?

TL;DRDespawning occupied ships should never happen since passengers are meant to block it; there are several possible causes, physics cleanup is being eased, and the unattended-while-occupied case needs a quick hotfix.

Yeah, that should not happen ever. The system is supposed to be made so that we have a passenger count on each of those ship entities, and if there's a passenger, even if he's not piloting, and even if it's not his ship, we should not be despawning those ships at all. And so that's definitely on the lookout right now, as to why it happens. I mean, there's a couple of root causes. Unfortunately, it just looks the same, right? Again, if you don't have the pink glow... The pink glow is the telltale that it's physics. It's the physics detection, which we're going to ease up. If the ship just despawns out of mid-air, I've seen this happen with ATC. The timer problem that we fixed before had an issue where it could despawn your ship mid-flight when you left, which was egregious. I think that one has been solved, but the jury's still out. I want a proper confirmation on it. The one where your ship is considered unattended and you're still in it and it despawns, that needs to be solved, right, like hotfix right away.
