It would seem on the surface that both microTech and Crusader care about their people. Is the implication here that maybe Crusader is a bit more truthful in that stance and maybe microTech is a bit more disingenuous?
Not disingenuous. I think microTech has read a report that says you get better productivity. They noticed a 0.3 increase if people do exercise every two hours in their creative function. And so they provided that, and people do better if they have healthy food to eat, so they made sure that's there. And that's kind of how they approached this. They did city planning. They looked at reports. They decided that these colors are best to improve your mood, and that's why this stuff is this color, that kind of thing.
Again, not to rub it in, but there are some really fun aspects when you walk around New Babbage: some of the announcements in the shopping areas are part of that self-help. They hired a self-help guru, basically, to give you bits of inspiration to take with you on your day that are really fantastic.
