Will there be an option to orbit a moon or planet [in a ship]?

Technically, everything that's outside of the planet at the moment will geosynchronously rotate and orbit with the planet, because you're in the planet's zone. Now, if you want asynchronous orbiting, that is not in right now. But if you just get outside of gravity and hang out there while the planet's rotating, you will rotate with it. And as it orbits, you'll orbit with it while rotating. So that works.
