Can Players have the ability to lock onto ground turrets? Guns do not converge properly if no target is selected.

The quick answer is yes - they have it on the US Vehicle Feature Team. Todd doesn't think that it'll be ready for 3.7, but he would like to get it done sooner rather than later.
