How involved is the writing team in the design of systems and alien species? Or are you consulted and contribute after the species has already been created?asked by Bobsled624

It's usually kind of an open conversation. I mean, very early on, we had talked about this with alien species in very broad strokes, but as the team grew, when people started conceiving stuff, more people get linked into the conversation, their art needs and animation needs and stuff like that. So we still contribute to the conversation, but there are more people involved in it.
