When unrepresented planets are denied representation in the Senate, do the local governments have a limit to the number of applications when trying to rejoin, or join for the first time?

This was an interesting question. We actually really thought about this. I would say no. I feel like they could reapply as much as they wanted to, because circumstances could change on the planet. They could make amends. I don't know if they would necessarily be told why they didn't make it, but they would get shot down and then they could reapply.

Yeah, it'd be kind of like those parole hearings. If you haven't done anything really different, then you just get stamped no again.
