What do the Xi'an know about our conflict with the Vanduul, and how does the current Emperor feel about it?

So the Xi'an, we don't know whether they've had first contact with the Vanduul, but we do know that when humanity had first contact with the Vanduul, it was during the Xi'an-Human Cold War, and the opinion of people in the Xi'an Empire is like, great, those people that we hate are distracted, so cool, we're fine with that. I mean, we don't want to get involved with the Vanduul ourselves or anything, but we like what they're doing. It's fine.
