How does the division of labor between the three of you work? Do you constantly move together as a pack of three, or do you divide and conquer?

TL;DRThe three work as a mix: they brief together on any new design to stay aligned, then divide the work by area, while sitting together and talking daily.

A bit of both. Whenever there's a new design, we all come together and make sure that we're all on the same page, and then we kind of split off and divide it up amongst ourselves to get it done.

Yeah, the biggest thing is that it's something I've been very cognizant of. I've always wanted to make sure that we're a trio of partnerships, to make sure that we're all on the same page, because we've got such a large team. We want to make sure that we're giving consistent messaging to the team that we're working on. So any new designs or anything new or any new content will always have an initial brief amongst ourselves before it propagates wide. But then, as Rick says, we definitely do divide and conquer. So JJ tends to look at the events and work with Elliot on Mission Feature Team and System Design. Rick is obviously more technical and, from a technical background, is working with Joe on the tech design team. And then obviously myself is more broad, but we definitely divide and conquer to help. But it's never isolation. We always come back and spread out again and come back and spread out again. And we've all got different expertise in different areas, so it works well as a team.

Yeah, we're all sat right next to each other. There's not a day goes by we're not talking to each other.
