Are there still plans to allow orgs to have organization hangars and ships that are owned by the organization and not a specific player?

No, we're definitely planning to have an organization hangar. Organizations can decide to have their members pay a fee or some percentage of their earnings, and so the organizations would have their own treasury basically, and they'll be able to buy and purchase stuff and then be able to assign out equipment to members of the organization. So that's definitely part of our plans.
