Will we be able to have org hangars, and what rules would govern who can use them?

We plan to do org hangars, but there's engine limitations that would have to be worked through. We're definitely thinking about it. There's a lot of things that come up with it, like when you leave and land, if all of them leave and land at once, how do they go? I don't know.
