One of the things that we stated in the Shipyard articles was the removal of the Battlefield Upgrade Kits, or the BUKs. What can you tell us about what's happening with the Battlefield Upgrade Kits?
TL;DRThe Battlefield Upgrade Kits are still removed, but owners will get the same contents as separate swappable items (turret, livery, internal room) instead of one bespoke kit, so it works slightly differently.
They're still removed, but that's not to say they were a waste and people have got things that they can't use. We're still going to be giving you the same contents. The pod, still swappable. The external items will still be swappable. The paint job is still swappable. So instead of having this, I'm not even sure how...
Yeah, instead of a bespoke item, instead of some item that you'll just attach and it'll swap everything out, we're just going to give you the collection of items.
Yeah, you'll have the collection of what it was going to be anyway.
So people are still getting what they pledged for. It'll just operate slightly differently.
Yeah, rather than just having one drop, I've upgraded this from this to this. Instead of clicking once, you might have to click three times.
So it'll be a turret. It'll be a livery. It'll be an internal room.
Which I believe you still could have done with the BUKs anyway, because there was talk about taking the turret off the Harbinger, putting it on the body of the Warden with the Sentinel paint job. So it's still the same in that regard. It's just a different name. All the same raw functionality. The stuff that people really should care about is all the same.
