What's a mega server?

One giant world. It's essentially a collection of servers with services working together to give the perception of one world, one server.

Right. Rather than like World of Warcraft, where you got a list of like 250 servers that once you join, you're locked into that.

Yeah, and this is pretty interesting. It's an interesting challenge because we have to not only deal with U.S. players, we have to consider people in Europe and in Asia and South America and so on.

Australia, don't leave Australia out.

Oh, yeah, Australia. It's a global mega server, so we have to make sure that the players feel that they are there and that they can play with their US friends, they can play with their European friends, whomever, and it feels like you're next door. You're not transitioning into another realm type of thing.
