Will the Prowler's phalanx shields be functional when it goes flyable?

TL;DRThe Prowler's shields are meant to work like the Defender's Banu-style ones rather than full phalanx shields, moving quickly around the faces and hardening to block all damage when a second person manages them.

So it's going to be like the Defender, where they're going to have not the full phalanx shield behavior, but a very... it's either unique or it's not very unique... a different behavior to our current shields. So the Defender ones, which I'm sure you can correct me if I'm wrong, are Tevarin inspired.

Yeah, the Banu borrow from all sorts of cultures.

Borrow. They have a very quick sort of... you can move them around the faces very quickly, which sort of gives that phalanx shield, and you can also harden them very quickly, which, to get the best of, you need a second person sort of managing your shields. But the upside of that is they block all the damage. Unlike all the other shields, they block 100% of ballistic ammo coming through. They block 100% of energy ammo. So if you've got that second person doing that shield management job, you can do pretty well with them. And it's going to be that same sort of stuff in there in the Prowler for release.
