When Foundry 42 gets Squadron 42 finished, will it focus its resources on completing the PU, or will it move directly onto Squadron 42, Episode 2?

Each according to their own abilities. The cinematics guys there will likely move on to the next single-player stuff. Ship guys may be freed up to do more Caterpillars and Merchantmen and all that stuff you are eagerly awaiting.
