Ships like the Aurora have the giant Maxall storage boxes, and bigger ships like the Hull C, Hull D and Hull E will have much larger cargo containers. Can the Argo be used to move those containers around?

Yep, absolutely. They're going to be physicalized items in the world. Just how you see the MPUV moving cargo boxes around, ships with tractor beams will be able to do that. Obviously, the size of the cargo crate and the size of the tractor beam dictate limits. But yeah, you could have the SRV unloading big chunks of a Hull C or a Hull D. No problem.

So we'll probably see the SRV and MPUV quite often in cargo operations when it comes time to unload a Hull E or something in that regard.

It's the same with any sort of tractor-beam-enabled ship. It can do that role. Some are just better suited to it than others.
