When the Genesis Starliner was first introduced, there was a mention of a military troop transport variant, as well as mentions of the Star Seeker and Star Hunter variants. Are these actual variant plans or just ideas to be considered?
TL;DRNot every ship mentioned in lore will be built; the Starliner comes first as promised and variants can be considered afterward, with no commitment to the specific ones asked about.
We have a lot of ships in lore that vary from quite in-depth explanations on the Galactapedia to just one-line mentions in sales text or one line in a lore piece somewhere. And whilst we do have a lot of ships, we're not going to make every single ship that has ever been mentioned in lore. So first and foremost, we'll do the Starliner as was promised. And then after we've done that, we can always look at actual variants for it.
I really like the Crusader stuff. So I can poke John a bit about it, see what we can do when we come to tackle it.
It'll be the only one left after the end of this year, the Crusader ones.
