Do you think shield hardening would still be around if more people could use it via hotkeys rather than just the MFD?

Okay, so specifically on the shield hardening, when we had our combat summits, and we had a couple of them now, it was always the thing that we don't really think shield hardening as it was implemented in the past is really interesting, because it's just an on-off button and it doesn't give you really meaningful differences. So in 3.14 shield hardening is disabled and removed. What we would like to do in the future is supply a more interesting implementation of that, but that's also for the future.
