TL;DRThe Gamma has more decals because it's set up for racing livery and sponsors, which were toned down to black and white after the first pass had so many that they distracted from the ship.
Yeah, absolutely, it does. So we set it up so that we can put racing livery on it. We just wanted to have large... So what was cool about Consolidated Outland, the new look, especially as set up by the Pioneer, was that because we had such large, clean surfaces, it was just perfect for placing decals, right? So we can pop sponsors. And in fact, the original pass on this had even more sponsors on it, so much so that it actually detracted a little bit from the design of the ship. So we actually pulled it back. Took the saturation out from all the colors. So some of these are meant to be red, because that manufacturer's logo actually has color and it's not usually just black and white. But we found that it worked better to just bring it to black and white so it doesn't detract from the color of the ship itself. And we're able to just very clearly advertise Covalex or Klaus & Werner, whoever we want. So on this decal sheet, we could always put whatever we want on it.
