How much of your time is spent going around cleaning up after other people, like 'this worked two patches ago, what did you do?'

A fair bit. Every single sprint we have, there's always a section of bugs to fix. Some of them are ones that we caused, some of them aren't, some of them are things that are just a side effect of other things changing. But we spend plenty of our time bug fixing.
