So the military variant can carry the same as the civilian variant, just less cargo. Basically, it's due to heavier armor, more guns, and some other differences where basically it's heavier. So it can't transport as much cargo. You can still fit two tanks, but basically you can stack less cargo than the civilian variant. So it's the same otherwise; if you've got some ships or whatever, if it fits, it fits.
