[The final Carrack cartography room] doesn't have the screens along the back wall?

No, because I played a lot of Mass Effect, and that map area was always so badass. You just want a cool vibe in that room. So after this concept, what you see in the cartography room currently does have that vibe, which is what we were after. It's really cool.
