Absolutely. You'll be able to hire NPCs to do those things. And they're going to be rated. They're going to have rankings and things of that nature. So the better ones, the more accurate ones, will be more expensive. You can always go get some slob from a drug-addled street corner and throw them in there. But he's not going to hit a lot.
