Will there be retractable turrets for the Vanguards in 3.7?
TL;DRRetractable turrets for the Vanguards won't be in 3.7 and will probably come later with Sentinel work; the Harbinger gets fixed, non-reloading rocket pods, and the Sentinel gets guns instead of satellite dishes.
No, there won't. That'll be, again, we'll probably tackle that when we go back to do the Sentinel stuff. There was someone asking about the Harbinger rocket pods. So by default, it will have some of the rocket pods that people have seen, the sort of swappable rocket pods that Delta has. This is also a size 3 one that has 9 or 18 rockets on each side. It doesn't have the reloadable rocket pods, but when we do the retractable turret bit, when it goes in, it will reload them there. Because if you look at the Harbinger concept, it's a very interesting mechanism it has there to reload those rocket pods. It's both a retractable turret, physically connected via a rocket reloading tube, and a turret that can spin 360 degrees. Following that concept would create something that does not work in reality. So we just put the generic or modular rocket pods on it. They are fixed, so you'd need to reload them. They are pretty spicy in terms of damage, but yeah, you'll need to go and restock somewhere.
I forgot to mention as well with that, the Sentinel turret, also, in the original launch of it, all the concept images had satellite antennas on the turrets. It looks like someone did their TV aerial on it. That is not happening with the Sentinel. It's got guns on it, which was also promised in the brochure and the launch pages for it. So when we came to do that, we thought, well, on one hand, we've said it comes with these satellite dishes. On the other hand, we've said it comes with these guns. We'll pick the guns, because that's the more useful side of the ship.
