[If you blow up a Freelancer full of cargo and take its cargo back to Port Olisar to sell it,] does the criminality system apply to cargo at all?

Well, if you attack them, that will. As far as interacting directly with cargo, there's not yet hooks for that. So if I pick up your cargo box and sell it, that doesn't flip a switch in criminality right now. We're going to look at that stuff as we go. Because, I mean, it's a balancing act. It's easy to say, well, obviously, I know that that's not yours, so I'm going to bump your criminality. But it could easily be someone that you're playing with, that happens to be taking your cargo and putting it somewhere else, and suddenly they have a wanted level because you're trying to group together. How do you distinguish between someone stealing your stuff or someone working with you?
