What is the current plan for spawning vehicles with other vehicles inside? Would we choose these to spawn at the same time, or, once the ship's loaded in, do you have to put it in?

TL;DRShips carrying other vehicles will handle them as an item port, like the existing customization system, with a default vehicle that can be removed or swapped, and changes after spawning requiring a store and respawn.

So it's going to be identical to how you customize your ship through the VMA, PMA. It's just going to show up as essentially another item port that the vehicle is attached to. So in the Constellation and Merlin scenario, the Merlin would come attached to that item port by default. You could unattach it if you didn't want to drag it around, or you could swap it out for the Archimedes if you wanted to. Same for ships that carry ground vehicles. They would just have an item port in the ground that goes, I'm a ground vehicle item port, that's size one ground vehicle, so I can put in a Cyclone, I can put in a PTV, I can put in a Rover, that might be size two, but it's the same restrictions as we have on the VMA and the other customizations. So if you haven't spawned a vehicle yet, you bring up your mobiGlas, change it, and then when you spawn it, that's what comes in. If you customize it after you've spawned it, then you have to store it and respawn it. Or just load stuff in willy-nilly afterwards.
