So how's that going [hiring for every department across all the studios]?

Great. It's a growing challenge every single year. I was working out the other day, I've been involved in over 700 hires since I've been here.

In just the last four years?

Just in four years. And you've got to learn about every single team in such a level of detail. I feel like I do get to know how much is going on in development. We have to work out who needs what and where the priorities lie. It's been really interesting to learn all of those different things. You do feel part of the teams as well, because they bring you into their development cycles and pipelines too.
