My understanding is that [distribution centers in 3.23] come in three flavors. What are these three flavors [in terms of managing PvE and PvP]?

This is the broad sort of gameplay flavor. So we've got distribution centers which we're terming friendly. And on the opposite end of the scale we've got distribution centers which are hostile, and then in between you have a whole range which are just mixed. There's some combination of all the different factors put together in different levels.
