Are there risks in mining, like hitting pressurized gas pockets? Is it more than just adjusting the energy levels? Could there be dangerous elements?

This is something that we're looking at for the next year. We would like to have multiple things inside that rock, some of them beneficial, some of them not quite so beneficial, with disastrous consequences. So it might be that certain elements in the rock actually make it easier to mine, and then certain pockets of elements, if you manage to accidentally trigger them, then you will have fun time.
