You have to be intending to get to CrimeStat 5, and to stay there is a whole other matter. You get PvP bounties on you, and all that. It's quite difficult. You get many restrictions placed upon you. So we made this crazy mission where you have to go and take out the Navy, a Hammerhead or several Vanguards. So it's a start. We're going to keep that up.
